- My contacts at Curt and Draw-Tite haven't seen a vehicle with the automatic hitch feature (which is what I'm assuming you're speaking of), so I couldn't say with total certainty if its presence would interfere with the installation of a Class III hitch like the Stealth # SH87FR, but from the videos I've seen online, the auto hitch sure looks like it would interfere with the installation of an aftermarket hitch to me.

- If you do not have an R-Design model 2015 Volvo XC60 then you should not have to trim the rear fascia (heat shield trimming under the vehicle is still required).
