Are Turn Signals on When Brakes are Applied With Converter 118158
Question:
Use case: car with 4-way flat towing European trailer with 7 pin round plug separate left/right signals and brake. I understand that 118158 splits combined left signal+brake and combined right signal+brake into separate left signal, right signal and brake. What happens when while brake is applied, left signal is turned on? Will 118158 know to keep brake light on and flash left signal?

When you hit the brakes and use the turn signals on your vehicle, the brake lights will be on with the turn signals when using the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # 118158.
