The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88101 for your 2004 Workhorse W-Series do have the ability to level your Workhorse front to back and side to side. If you have a well centered load, then putting air in the right bag would likely require you to also put air in the left bag.
If you have an off center load, then you may need more air in one bag versus the other. Air Lift does not provide a "distance" for the air bags. The bags are designed... view full answer...
When installing the AirLift # AL88101 you do not need to remove the factory jounce bumpers and they will not be installed in the same place. You will want the air bags to install forward of the axle and your stock jounces should be behind the axle. Additionally, because of their size, the AirLift bags will engage before the stock jounces so they can be removed if you desire. view full answer...
It sounds like you are looking for the Pigtail Wiring Harness part # PK11998 which will plug directly into the back of the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket part # HM40975. The Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector part # DW05744-5 and part # DW05745-5 can then be used to make the above connections. view full answer...
Yes, it is necessary to relocate and reinstall the factory jounce spring when installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88202.
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88202 is designed to work in conjunction with the factory jounce and the factory jounce "must" be relocated under the frame above the axle. The internal jounce in the spring system is more of a fail safe that protects... view full answer...
I believe that there is wiring located up under the dash and to the left of the steering column on the 2008 Workhorse W22 chassis that is for a brake controller. Look for a bundle of wires held together with a white tag. The tag shows the functions of the wires. If that wire bundle is not present on your Bounder then the brake controller will have to be hardwired in.
You would need a 30 amp circuit breaker, # PK54530, wire # 10-2-1 sold by the foot, and some additional # 10-1-1 wire sold... view full answer...
The reason the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-109 has a spacer between the spring plate and mounting plate is because most spring plates for this specific fit angle down and would interfere with the way the plate would sit without some sort of spacer in place.
In your specific case since your shock mount is separate you'll want to install the sway bar mount under the spring plate and then the shock mount under the sway bar mounting plate (pictured below). view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41990-16 is not designed for use with a weight distribution system per the manufacturer. This is likely due to the bracket design and the twisting/turning a weight distribution system can have on the hitch/frame.
I wasn't able to find another similar type of hitch rated for this use so you'll want to proceed without the weight distribution system. view full answer...
When installing the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar and TruTrac Rod Kit # RM-1259-106 you will want those brackets sit flush; you can enlarge the hole or drill a new one so that you can get the bracket sitting flush to the rail. My contact over at Roadmaster also recommended using Red Loctite # LT37420 when completing the installation, if you don't already have some. view full answer...
Not all SumoSpring kits install the same. The part # SSR-280-54-1 that you referenced though does not require drilling unlike others.
I attached a set of install instructions for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The Dometic Full-Timer RV Toilet # DOM87FR you were looking at includes a new seal, new mounting studs, washers, nuts, and caps which is everything needed to install the toilet.
To get the # DOM87FR installed you will need to remove the two nuts holding the toilet down then remove the old toilet. Slightly loosen the screws near the studs on the flange installed on the floor so you can remove the old studs then install the new studs. Next the seal should be installed on the bottom of the... view full answer...
The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-105 uses a similar mounting location to the Roadmaster TruTrac Front-Axle Trac Rod # RM-TRACW-22 but the exact mounting locations are different enough that these 2 products won't interfere at all and you won't need to overlap any of the mounting brackets. When I reached out to my contact at Roadmaster he said that the sway bar mounts more towards the back while the TruTrac bar mounts more to the front and there isn't any overlap so you don't... view full answer...
If your 2004 Holiday Rambler has a 7-way at the rear of it there should be a bundle of wires under your dash with a white tag that has all of the wire functions labelled.
The Prodigy P3 part # 90195 has the following wire color functions. The white wire is the ground wire, the black is the 12 volt power circuit, the red is stoplight circuit, and blue is brake output. view full answer...
The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1259-109 is a bolt-on component that does not require the rear wheels to be removed. Please note the linked installation instructions for you to review. view full answer...
It sounds like your 2003 Pace Arrow 37A has switches in 2 places on the coach to allow you to control the water pump, which won't be an issue with the Seaflo Diaphragm Pump for Boats and RVs - Variable Flow - Up to 5.5 GPM - 1/2" MPT - 12V # SE24FR. You'll install this unit just as it was connected to your old water pump.. In regards to the "quick connect" hose fittings, I'm not aware of a water pump that offers those included and I believe it's something you would have to come up with... view full answer...
I confirmed with my contact at Seaflo that the # SE24FR does not require any relays to be installed in this manner, and you can turn the pump on and off in this installation method. view full answer...
