According to the online version of the owner's manual for your 2018 Chevy Traverse the blunt cut wires carry the following functions:
Blue - To Trailer (Brake Controller Output)
Red/Black or Red/Blue - Battery Feed
White/Blue - Brake Apply Signal
Black - Ground
When installing the Prodigy P3 # 90195 on your Transverse you will want to connect the following wires from the P3 to the following blunt cut wires on your Traverse:
Blue (P3) - Blue (Traverse)
Black (P3) - Red/Black or Red/Blue (Traverse)
Red (P3) - White/Blue (Traverse)
White (P3) - Black (Traverse)
