The Curt trailer hitches like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C95CR for a 2021 Acura RDX all measure 2-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the receiver. This will allow you to use pretty much any bike rack. view full answer...
The Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT89GR for your 2014 Acura RDX uses the standard Draw-Tite hitch pin location of 2-1/2" which will work with any standard bike rack.
If you're also in the market for a bike rack then I recommend the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU84FR because it looks great and it's easy to use due to the U-Shaped frame for easy loading/unloading and the foot lever to activate the tilt/fold feature. view full answer...
The Class III trailer hitch installed on your 2014 Acura RDX will work well to allow you to carry 4 adult bikes on a hitch mount bike rack. The trailer hitches we offer for your RDX have tongue weight capacities of at least 400 pounds and Class III hitches do not have the same kinds of restrictions as Class I hitches.
The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR you referenced has a weight capacity of 150 pounds, and weighs less than 50 pounds. So overall weight of the rack will be less than... view full answer...
I checked with Yakima for the rack weight of the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # Y36FR, and it is listed at 42.60lbs.

When we installed the Curt Hitch part # C13154 on a 2011 Acura RDX we found that from the top of the hitch opening to the ground the distance measured was 12 inches. Since the hitch opening is 2 inches tall that would mean that the bottom of the hitch would be about 9-3/4 inches from the ground. view full answer...
The distance from the ground to the inside top of the receiver for the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e24AR is 12-1/2". I have attached an image below showing this measurement on the Curt # C13130. The etrailer hitch is identical with the exception of the matte black powder coat finish.
Since it sounds like you plan on towing, you will also want wiring. For the most reliable option I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118569. This plugs into... view full answer...
I have a solution for you but none of the hitches we offer for your 2019 Acura RDX with Tech Package can be used with a 19 inch spare stored underneath the vehicle. So what your best option would be is replace the spare you have with a smaller one from Acura so that you can then install the Draw Tite hitch part # 76268.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the Tekonsha kit part # 118800 and you'd be set with an easy to install trailer wiring harness setup that's also very reliable. view full answer...
I can tell you the amount of height the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH629706 will add when mounted, but I don't have a way to know the height from the roof to the top of your crossbars on a 2021 Acura RDX.
So you'll need to take a quick measurement to get that, and when mounted, the Motion XT # TH629706 will add 15-1/2 inches of height from the top of your crossbars, according to Thule. So you'll just add 15-1/2 inches to whatever measurement you get from the roof to the top of... view full answer...
The metal strip between the tracks that slide onto the legs of the 59 inch Rhino-Rack Vortex crossbars, part # RRVA137B-2, is about 902 millimeters (or 35-1/2 inches). The same measurement on the 54 inch bars, part # RRVA137S-2, is about 775 millimeters (or 30-1/2 inches).
The tracks that slide onto the legs are the same on both bars. They're about 298 millimeters (or 11-3/4 inches).
You should be able to measure across your vehicle's roof from where the legs fit to determine if the... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75784 that fits your 2018 Acura RDX has a 400 lb tongue weight rating so it will be able to handle a fully loaded 4-bike rack no problem.
The thing that you need to mindful of though is that when I looked up the online owner's manual for your 2018 RDX it stated that the max trailer towing weight is 1,500 lbs and that you want to keep the tongue weight to 10% of that. This means that you need your bike rack plus your bikes to weigh no more... view full answer...
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e72AR weighs in at around 25 lbs so it isn't overbearingly heavy, but I do recommend having an extra set of hands nearby to help hold it in place until you can get the hardware started on your 2024 Acura RDX.
I've installed a handful off hitches and even with smaller ones it can be a bit of a circus act getting the hardware started while also holding the hitch up and making the sure mounting holes line up with the OEM holes in your vehicle so it's... view full answer...

The 3 hitches you asked about for your 2016 Acura RDX have the following weights when it comes to shipping:
etrailer - # e24AR - 27 lbs
Curt - # C13130 - 28 lbs
Draw-Tite - # 75784 - 29 lbs
The actual weight of the hitches is going to be a few pounds less since the shipping weight includes shipping materials. These are all going to have the exact same installation process and since the weight is all comparable it really boils down to preference.
For your application I recommend going... view full answer...

You are correct. The Thule Roof Racks crossbar spread is almost 3 inches less than the roof racks offered by Rhino Rack for your RDX. For the Rhino-Rack roof racks the crossbar spread is 27.56 inches and the spread for Thule roof racks is 24.75 inches.
The Rhino-Rack Roof Rack, part # RR66GR would be a great fit for your Acura. This roof rack features aerodynamic elliptical crossbars that have a flush design to give your vehicle that factory roof rack look. The crossbars have Vortex rubber... view full answer...
I would be happy to help you find the ground clearance you will have when the Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver # 76268 on your 2020 Acura RDX but we have not had a chance to install this hitch yet and Draw-Tite was unable to provide the exact clearance.
What you will need to do is measure from the from the bottom of the rear bumper to the ground and then subtract roughly 2-1/2". The # 76268 sits right up to the bottom of the bumper so this will give you a good ball park of the ground clearance... view full answer...
The Hollywood Racks Trail Rider item # HR200Z and Sport Rider item # HR1000Z are practically identical. The only difference is that the Sport Rider has a 50 lbs capacity per bike over the Trail Riders 45 lbs.
Both of these bike racks fit class I, II, and III 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers. These are frame mounted bike racks that have wheel cradles for tires up to 3" wide. Both bike racks are capable of being used behind a motorhome.
There's not much difference in price so my recommendation... view full answer...
The good news is that the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 can easily carry both of your 60 lb E-Bikes since it has a weight rating of 65 lbs per bike. The bad news is that if 60 lbs what you're left with after taking the battery off then you'll actually be overloading your vehicle weight rating by about 15 lbs.
If the 60 lbs you mentioned is with the battery still on each bike then you should be able to remove it which will put you right around the 150 lb mark which I got from your owner's... view full answer...
