The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75784 that fits your 2018 Acura RDX has a 400 lb tongue weight rating so it will be able to handle a fully loaded 4-bike rack no problem.
The thing that you need to mindful of though is that when I looked up the online owner's manual for your 2018 RDX it stated that the max trailer towing weight is 1,500 lbs and that you want to keep the tongue weight to 10% of that. This means that you need your bike rack plus your bikes to weigh no more than 150 lbs so you don't exceed what your vehicle is rated for.
If you don't already have a bike rack then I highly recommend the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack # TH9025XT. This is a hanging-style bike rack so it comes in at a lighter weight at 35 lbs. This means that you have 115 lbs to play with for your adult and kids bikes. I really like the Apex XT because the cradles are spaced further out at 7" than your typical bike rack so it is a LOT easier to load up 4 bikes. This is also one of the newer bike racks from Thule so it has all of the standard features of other bike racks but at the quality and convenience that Thule is known for.
Attached is a review video of this on a 2016 MDX that you can check out. Please note that you'll likely need the Adapter Bar # TH982XT for both of the kids bikes plus if either of your adult bikes lack a horizontal top tube then you'll need it so they will sit properly.
