My source at Yakima stated that they do not test vehicles with spoilers since many times manufacturers may have two or three different styles of spoiler that they use. So basically with a rear mounted spoiler you will have to test the rack on your vehicle to see if it will work. If the straps drag on the spoiler or the rack contacts the spoiler in any way, it is not recommended to use the rack.

For your cruiser bike and most bikes with alternative frames you will need to use a bike adapter bar such as # 64005 to be able to load the bike on a bike rack with 2 arms such as # HRE3. This will allow you to mount the bike to the rack. The adapter creates an artificial horizontal top tube so it fits on the rack. They are very easy to use. When we installed the Draw-Tite # 24796 on a 2009 Nissan Maxima, we found that the hitch height and the setback was the exact same as the Curt # C11352 you referenced. This being said, the Euro-style ball mount won't work with the Draw-Tite hitch.

Before any of our hitch manufacturers will release a fit for a vehicle they always test fit to be certain. Especially Draw Tite and Hidden Hitch. They seem to release fits later than Curt and rarely if ever do they get it wrong. They are incredibly cautious about carrying over a hitch fit from the previous year.
