Are the Removable Arms of the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit 321-1 Easy to Access

Question:

The is a question about part number 321-1. Are the pins that allow you to remove the arms of the base plate easily accessible or would they be located under the underside belly plate? I have a 1996 Nissan Maxima SE and when not towing I would like to easily remove no jacking or ramps the assembly making it nearly invisible. Thanks.

The pins of the Base Plate kit part # 321-1 would be pretty easy to access. I attached a diagram that shows that the pins go through the side of the receiver tube on the base plate kit.
