For your tire size of 195/65/15 I would recommend a snow chain designed for off and on road applications like the Thule Standard Chain part # TH01221080. This chain has a diamond pattern and D-shaped links that will give you excellent traction.

Looks like you are in need of a number 42 spindle like the part # TRU37FR. The numbers you listed aren't part numbers but judging by the shape of what you sent in a picture of this is a match.
