Trailer tires are designed to withstand extreme temperatures so they can be used in any climate so a safe temperature for the air inside the tire is not given. The main concern is going to be making sure that the tire is always inflated to the maximum psi rating as indicated on the tire. Trailer tires are built with a thicker side wall to handle more vertical load and if under inflated, the lower pressure will cause excessive heat build up and cause the tire to fail.

I was told that according to Honda, automatic transmission equipped models of the 2015 Fit are NOT capable of being flat towed, which is why they mention manual transmission only in their fit guide. The Curt Class I 1-1/4 Inch Hitch # C11064 hitch is rated to tow up to 2000 pounds, but this does not necessarily mean your 2009 Honda Fit is capable of towing this much. If it does not list a towing capacity in your owner's manual then there is usually a reason why they do not.
Installing an aftermarket hitch does sometimes void vehicle warranties, but this would be something you would need to discuss with your Honda dealer.

You can use the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061 to stabilize the 2" bike rack in the adapter and the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061-125 to stabilize the adapter in the hitch. While using an adapter in a 1.25" hitch to use a 2" bike rack is not a great idea, technically you can do it. From my online search results it appears that using something such as the Roadmaster Tow Dolly, # RM-2050-1 is acceptable per the owners manual. Only models with a manual transmission can be towed with 4 wheels down, also called flat towing. If you decide to consider flat towing (manual transmission only), you will need:

It doesn't look like we offer any replacement hand knobs for the Rhino-Rack Kayak Roof Rack with Tie-Downs part # S512. That said, if you ever lose any you can just reach out to the manufacturer and I'm sure they would send one right out.
