Since you have a 4-way at the rear of your 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor you will only need a brake controller and the part # ETBC7 that you referenced to install the controller and have a fully functional 7-way at the rear of your vehicle. Since 07 Endeavors did not come with a tow package, you will need to hardwire your vehicle. The wiring system on this vehicle is not strong enough to support both the vehicle and trailer lights, so a powered converter or Modulite is required.

The white wire you referenced actually needs to get run to a clean metal surface on the body of your 2011 Mitsubishi Endeavor with the included self tapping bolt through the ring terminal.

The Curt trailer hitch part # 13313 has a 3,500 lb towing capacity so it could easily tow a 3,200 lb boat assuming your vehicle also has at least the same capacity. You can increase the capacity of the hitch to 5,000 pounds with a weight distribution system, but you still will have to adhere to the capacity of your vehicle if it is lower. Are you certain of the bearing number? Is there a possibility it could be L44649, and not L44643?
We don't offer a hub/drum that's compatible with the L44643, only idler hubs. The only alternative I can see would be to replace your existing axle for one that uses spindles compatible with the bearings that brake hub/drums use.
