The Yakima roof rack you looked at, consisting of the JetStream # Y00426 60 inch crossbars, # Y28TR BaseLine Towers, # Y06102 and # Y06139 clip kits is compatible with your 2016 Ford Edge with the glass roof, according to Yakima.
