For a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette C6 I have the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Axle-Back Exhaust System, part # MF15886. This is an axle-back system that will install from the axle back to the tailpipe. The polished stainless steel quad tips ( dual tips on each side) are 4 inch diameter. The diameter on the mandrel bent tubes is 2-1/2 inches that connect the system to your exhaust system. I spoke with my contact at Magnaflow and he said it is not going to hurt anything to run your new assembly with the old sensors. He also said that if you are not getting any bad readings from your old sensors, then you do not have to replace them. However, if you do want to put new sensors in and it is more convenient to replace the old sensors with the new sensors during installation, then that is acceptable as well.

The mounting holes in the bumper beam are located by installing the mounting hardware in the vehicle frame and then positioning the hitch and lightly tightening the frame hardware. You can then use the hitch as a template to drill the 17/32 inch holes in the bumper beam, see instructions link.
