The factory hitch of a 2004 Lincoln Aviator is built into the rear portion of the frame/bumper beam. It's not something that could easily be removed and would be necessary to install one of our hitches that is designed for the vehicle like the Draw Tite # 75132.
I'd be willing to bet the vehicle has a hitch but is covered by a bumper cover. view full answer...
We do have a set of crossbars for your 2020 Lincoln Navigator but the Curt # C18118 isn't a fit. The clamps don't line up correctly so it won't stay on.
Instead, the rack we carry that fits your Aviator are the SeaSucker Monkey Bars part # 298-SX6000B.
The Monkey Bars are universal because they connect to virtually any vehicle using vacuum cups. I've attached a couple of videos, one of a different SeaSucker on a VW bus that shows the strength of the vacuum cups. view full answer...
The first thing to do would be to use a circuit tester like our part # 3808 and test the running light function on your vehicle to determine if the problem is on your vehicle or if its on your trailer. Check out the video I attached on how this is done. If voltage is there then you know the problem is on your trailer.
The first place to check there would be the trailer connector. If there is corrosion or cut or exposed wire you will need to fix as necessary. From there trace the running... view full answer...
The recommended ball for the Fastway E2 Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-0800 that you have is 1-1/4 inch in diameter and with a length of 2-5/8 inches. For a 2-5/16 inch ball with those dimensions I would recommend the # C40030. view full answer...
Unlike the Navigator, the 2003 Lincoln Aviator does not have a factory tow port under the dash. This means you will need to hardwire your # 90885 for installation. If you would rather not perform a hardwire installation, the only option would be to use a brake controller like the Curt Echo # C51180. This plugs in-line with the 7-way at the rear of the vehicle so no real installation or wiring is required. view full answer...
Because the cross bars on the Malone # MAL73FR EcoSport trailer are further apart than cross bars on a vehicle, you will need to use the Rhino-Rack # RRRBC050 Roof Bike Rack. You will have determine if you have space for two bikes. The width of the cross bars is 54" and you will have to subtract the width of your kayak. From that result determine if you have room room for your additional bikes. I bet you will. view full answer...
The Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount part # C45331 is purposely overbuilt with more material than normal which is how it is able to obtain higher than normal capacities. The side effect of this is that the ball mount will weigh more than others and this one comes in at around 15-16 lbs. view full answer...
For a black WeatherTech cargo mat that fits your 2020 Lincoln Aviator we have the part # WT401309 which is basically just the black version of the # WT421309.
Weathertech does not have access to exact dimensions of this but they have confirmed that this mat fills the entire area behind the third row of seats. view full answer...
From what I show, a brake controller would have to be hardwired into a 2005 Lincoln Aviator. If the vehicle does not have a 4-Way trailer connector, you will need to start by adding one, # 18252. I have included a video link showing a typical installation for you.
You will then need a 4 and 7 Way installation kit # ETBC7. This will provide a 7-Way at the back of the vehicle and all of the wiring needed to install the brake controller. I have included some links that explain the ETBC7 installation.

For your 2022 Lincoln Aviator, you are looking for the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet, # TH66RV and the Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars, # TH710601. Weight distribution systems have a tongue weight range, essentially the spring bar effective window. When selecting a system, you want your loaded tongue weight to fall within that window. If the tongue weight is more, the spring bars will be ineffective and could bend or break. If the tongue weight is below that window, you will have a very stiff ride and could even end up losing traction on the rear vehicle wheels.

I do have some options for you but there is not a pre-wired brake controller port on your 2004 Lincoln Aviator. Therefore, you will need to hardwire as that is your only option for a traditional brake controller. If you don't already have a brake controller, I recommend using the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller part # TK90160 which is one of the most cost effective proportional brake controllers on the market and it has a lifetime warranty. In order to hardwire this brake controller... view full answer...
With the Air Lift 1000 kit part # AL87CD that is a fit for the 2021 Lincoln Aviator the compressor kit I recommend is the # AL25592 which is a single path compressor and gauge setup that will inflate the bags quickly and equally and know exactly how much air pressure is in them. view full answer...
The Rhino-Rack cargo basket # RMCB is designed to fit on crossbars that are up to 3-1/2 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches tall. And the center to center distance between the front and rear crossbars needs to be 21 to 30 inches. As long as the crossbars on your 2004 Lincoln Aviator fit that description the basket will fit. This basket has an overall height of 7-13/16 inches.
For a basket that is a direct fit to the factory crossbars on your Aviator you can use the Yakima LoadWarrior, # Y07070.... view full answer...
Sounds like you are asking if you should install dielectric grease in any situations when swapping spark plugs. The answer is yes. Basically you want to put it in both sides of the spark plug wires. Where it connects to the coil and where it connects to the spark plug. Do NOT put any on the spark plug electrode though.
For grease we have # 11755. view full answer...
I contacted our representative at MagnaFlow about the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System, part # MF16937. He informed me that all the exhausts that they develop are designed to be under 95 decibels from outside the vehicle and to reduce drone inside the vehicle. Also, with the amount of sound deadening material on an SUV, that should help reduce some of the noise. But, with any custom exhaust application, there will be a difference in noise.
I have driven SUVs with similar... view full answer...

I might have an option for you but we don't have any replacement parts for the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet part # TH66RV. If this is what you need you'd have to reach out to Thule directly. That said, what I think you're looking for is replacement end caps for the feet which mount to this fit kit and if that's the case we do have an option for you, we'd just need to know what feet you have. You'll need to start with a 4 way wiring harness like the Tekonsha T-One # TK84FR, which will tee into the tail lights on your 2020 Lincoln Aviator to give you the start of what you need. From there, you'll need to install the Tow Read 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Adapter # 20036. This adapter will connect to your 4 way and then you'll splice into the reverse light circuit on the vehicle with the additional wire and quick splice connected. This will give you the 5 way you need for your boat trailer. view full answer...
