Transmission coolers are pretty universal in application. The best way to pick one out would be to measure the space you have in front of your radiator and pick out the biggest cooler that would fit there.

There is no adapter to go from a 4-Way flat to a 5-Way round connector so you have a couple of options. What I would do is to install a 4-Way flat using # 119178KIT. Then use a 4 to 5-Way flat adapter, # 20036. The extra wire on the adapter, normally for an electric reverse lockout on a trailer, connects to the reverse light circuit on the vehicle or to whatever function the 5th pin is for on the trailer side 5-Way.

For your 1994 Ford Aerostar we only have Class III hitches that have 2 inch openings like the Curt # C13032 that you referenced. This will have the more popular 2 inch hitch size that more accessories are made for and also has better weight capacities.
