The larger spare should fit with the Curt item # C13087 but no one tests these hitches out for larger than stock spare tires. We just don't have that information available to us. The reason I say the Curt should work is the exact reason you don't like it. It sticks out farther which gives more room for the spare. A 265/75/R16 tire is 1.04" larger than the stock 265/70/R16.

You'll need to check with the manufacturer of the tent to find out what is the minimum weight capacity for their tent from the roof rack. They should have a number listed for the dynamic capacity required for the rack which would translate into a higher static (parked not moving) capacity.

I went out to our warehouse and measured the thickness of the steel on the Curt Front Mount Hitch Receiver # 31367 with a digital caliper. The steel on the crosstube measured 0.255 inch thick and the steel on the mounting brackets are 0.342 inch thick. The tow hooks themselves have a 1/2 inch diameter.

That depends on the height of your 2019 Toyota 4Runner's back window (we don't have those dimensions, unfortunately); it is likely to work as an extension for your roof for sure, but your back window may not be high enough to use the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender for 2" Hitches # MPG907.
