We have roof racks that fit your 2014 Chrysler 300C like the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA137-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK318 but I checked with Thule and they do not have a fit for your vehicle. I checked the fit kit instructions for this roof rack and there isn't an exlusions for vehicles with the panoramic roof so this will work well for you in that regard as well.

The threaded pin, # P5901, will only fit Swagman racks that have a 2 inch shank. The anti-rattle insert fits in a 1-1/4 inch shank. So these parts are not compatible. But if you are using the replacement shank # P249 then you could just use # 63232 which is an anti-rattle device and hitch lock in one. You are correct, you do need a 4-1/2 inch rise ball mount to tow your trailer level. The best option will be the Curt ball mount part # C45240. When used in the rise position it will give you exactly a 4-1/2 inch rise. This ball mount also has two hitch pins so that it can be extended out past your rear bumper if the clearance is needed.

The Curt Class III hitch part # C13093 measures 10-1/2 inches from the TOP of the hitch opening down to the ground. We know this since we installed this hitch on a 2012 Chrysler 300C.
