Your roof rack system is compatible with the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carriers, part # S512. The universal mount will allow it to clamp to the bars with no trouble at all.

I contacted Rhino Rack and they strongly recommend against using a kayak carrier for this application, and instead, to use a dedicated SUP solution like the Rhino-Rack Sup and Surfboard pads, part # RRRWP03. This is a one-per board solution sized for Rhino Rack's aero crossbars, and includes all straps and tie-downs you need to carry your SUP.

Using a dedicated SUP solution is a good idea, as the wind crossing the paddleboards in a J-Style carrier can cause vibration that could damage the boards or cause them to bend out of shape. Carrying in a dedicated solution where they can ride in a more aerodynamic position, either fin up or fin down, reduces the risk of this damage.
