It looks like the dimensions of the seal are 1.875 inches inner diameter and 3 inches outer diameter. We have one seal that has the dimensions, # 29031, but it is a grease seal, not an oil seal.

Each of these cars have a raised rail option, but your 1995 Volvo 940 Wagon does have a rain gutter option. I have to assume there are not raised rails on both your 1995 Volvo 850 GLT Wagon and your Volvo 940 Wagon, because the roof rack fit would be the same and fit both cars.
