I reached out to my contact at Andersen and he did say that the red funnel piece on your Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Hitch # AM3200 is strictly for guidance purpose to ease the hookup process. It has no effect whatsoever as to the actual connection once the hitch ball is in place so you can absolutely still tow without issue even with that funnel broken off. There is no safety concern if you choose to do this without replacing the funnel.

The Furrion RV Observation Camera System part # FOS05TASF comes preset with the camera paired to the door cam channel. If you want to pair the camera to either rear cam channel then you would need to do the following:
1) Press the menu button on the monitor.
2) Select pairing via the menu settings.
3) Select either of the rear cam channels.
4) Press the button on the bottom of the camera.

I didn't see what vehicle you were using but if it is a Chevrolet Equinox then the stop light switch wire cannot be obtained at the brake pedal because it does not carry enough voltage. The stop light switch wire must be accessed inside an electrical connector located under the passenger side sill garnish molding. The wire you are looking for is white with a blue stripe. The intermittent function of the left side turn signal on your trailer with the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness # C56673 installed on does sound like the result of a loose connection or a bad/weak ground. The install of the Curt trailer wiring harness part # C56208 would not be difficult but since it does require removing several rear interior panels it will most likely an hour or two depending on how hard you "hustle" through the install. If you have a tight schedule and want to make sure you allot enough time I would give yourself a 2 hour window just to be safe.

A headlight should not go out due to trailer wiring being installed; the only reason this might happen is if there is somehow a short on the circuit for the running lights, which is connected to the headlights. You may also simply have blown a fuse for one reason or another so check the owner's manual for your vehicle and see if you have a blown fuse that simply needs to be replaced.

On your 2005 Ford F-150, I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to determine the function of the orange and black/pink wires. I recommend first checking the orange wire which I believe is the 12V hot wire from your battery. This should immediately light up. Yes. You cannot use the Roadmaster # RM-521453-5 base plates with an aftermarket bumper. If you've already got an aftermarket bumper that has D rings you can use the # RM-035-1 (for 1" D rings) or # RM-035 (for 3/4" D-rings). Both of these adapters are compatible with Roadmaster tow bars, but you will need a Roadmaster tow bar that mounts in the receiver on your motorhome like the Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520.
