Are Nuts Needed To Attach the Thule Transporter Combi Shell To the Frame

Question:

It appears I am missing some nuts to fasten the six screws between the box and the frame in step 5. Is there fixed nuts seated in the frame to accept the screws through the box that should be there?

The six hex cap screws (letter M) that you mentioned in step 5 for installing the Thule Transporter Combi Hitch Mounted Enclosed Cargo Carrier part # TH665C that go though the box and into the frame do not require any separate nuts as they will thread into nutserts in the frame.
