The pictures on Curt trailer hitch # C11020 that you see are on a 2013 Smart fortwo so there are some differences in appearance between it and a 2015 model. But the hitch still fits the 2015 models as well so no worries! The only exclusions are for the Brabus models. There are no hitches for the Barbus models. You are correct in that you only need to install the tire cables on the outer two rearmost tires on your motorhome. For this, the best choice is the Glacier Cable Snow Cable chains # PW2028C chains with hardened steel rollers.
