Hitch # 24847 fits only Toyota Prius models. We do have one hitch product for the 2013 fortwo, Curt hitch # C11020, which I confirmed with my Curt contact as a fit on your fortwo Passion.

This hitch can be used for a 2-bike Class I hitch-mount bike carrier like the Curt # C18085.
