It may be more drop and rise that you need but it sounds to me like the Fastway, part # DTALBM7007, is going to be what you're looking for. It's self-locking, aluminum, fits a 2 inch hitch receiver, and includes a dual hitch ball with a 1-7/8 inch and a 2 inch. It does provide up to 10 inches of drop or 11 inches or rise.

If your Cayenne has the 7-way connector, you will simply need an adapter to convert it to a 4-pole. Because your Cayenne is equipped with a bulb-out sensor, if your trailer has LED lamps you will need to use an adapter with a resistor in it like part # C35FR.
