Self-Locking, Aluminum, Adjustable Ball Mount with 1-7/8 and 2 Inch Balls for 2 Inch Hitch Receiver

I want only 2inch and 1-7/8inch balls on a self-locking adjustable aluminium 2inch mount. I dont ever need 2-5/16inch ball. The DTSTBM6600 is almost perfect but comes supplied with 2inch and 2-5/16inch ball set. Can I get a Fastway DT-ALBM6607, with 1-7/8inch and 2inch balls, similar to DTBM23 ball set, or must I buy both DTSTBM6600 and DTBM23?

It may be more drop and rise that you need but it sounds to me like the Fastway, part # DTALBM7007, is going to be what you're looking for. It's self-locking, aluminum, fits a 2 inch hitch receiver, and includes a dual hitch ball with a 1-7/8 inch and a 2 inch. It does provide up to 10 inches of drop or 11 inches or rise.
Your other option is # DTALBM6407 which offers a 4 inch drop or 5 inch rise. This is a better option for you than the product you asked from. It will be a better fit for your 2017 Porsche Cayenne.
