The connector on the Curt # C56039 T-Connector would indeed plug into the trailer connector plug located in the cargo area, under the carpet next to the driver's side wheel well as shown in the photo. The first thing to check for a factory fuse that is missing or blown. Check the vehicle owner's manual for any and all fuses related to the tow package wiring so you can check them.

The Curt trailer hitch part # 13313 has a 3,500 lb towing capacity so it could easily tow a 3,200 lb boat assuming your vehicle also has at least the same capacity. You can increase the capacity of the hitch to 5,000 pounds with a weight distribution system, but you still will have to adhere to the capacity of your vehicle if it is lower. There may be an access point to fish the 4-flat connector under your vehicle behind the side trim panels on your 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor, but after you install wiring harness, # C56039, the installation instructions state to store the connector in the trunk area when not in use. Hello, We have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13113. It requires no drilling but you will need to temporarily lower the exhaust to properly and completely install the hitch. This Curt hitch is also rated for use with a weight distribution system.
