The Taylor Made External Eye Ends for 3/4" Bimini Top Poles # 36911705 have a flange that is 1/4" thick. This is the same with all our Taylor Made Bimini Top Parts.
You may consider changing all of your parts for the larger 1/4" flanges versus the 3/16" flange you currently have as it seems like there might be some strength issues with the smaller flange.
We have the matching Jaw Slides # 36911709 and other parts such as the Bimini Top Deck Hinge # 36911733. view full answer...
Bimini tops when properly installed can be opened up while on the water. The tracks part # 369993030 are designed to have the hinges part # 36911717 installed on them to provide the base for the bimini poles. These have to face up so that the pole hinges properly. If the tracks were mounted on the inside of the boat and facing inwards it wouldn't work properly. If they made a 90 degree hinge this would possibly work but then the bimini would be narrower and maybe not give you the coverage... view full answer...
It is possible that the CIPA Pontoon Boat Mirror - Clamp On - Black Powder Coated Aluminum # CM01877 you were looking at will interefere with your Bimini top when it is open, but that will really come down to the placement of the mirror and how tall your Bimini top is when open.
From the top of the rail to the top of the # CM01877 when it is in its lowest position is 22-1/2", so if that is short enough to be under your top you won't have any issues.
I included a video of the # CM01877... view full answer...

As long as you have enough room to mount the SureShade Power Bimini Top for Pontoon Boat # SS87TR and have it work properly I see no reason why this would be an issue.
The mounting bracket requires holes to be drilled into your frame 16" apart on center (be sure to check for wires inside your frame) and then the orientation of the framing matters as well (see attached photo).
I'm linking the instructions of this top for you to check out. view full answer...

The CIPA Concept II Rearview Boat Mirror, Item # CM11071, will clamp to square or round frames. It is designed to fit windshield frames but should work with the Bimini top support. It fits frames from 3/8 inches to 1-1/4 inches and can also be permanently mounted. I contacted the manufacturer and mounting vertically will not be an issue other than you may have some limited rotation since the rotation component is designed for a horizontal mounting. This mirror only comes in white. view full answer...
Removing the damaged internal eye ends is going to be very tricky. There really is not a great way to remove them, especially if they are crimped in to the poles. One option is to cut the pole, but this can throw off how it fits. Your best bet would be to cut off the damaged eye flush with the end of the pole, and use an external eye like part # 36911729. This way you can have a new eye end, and you will not have to shorten the pole. view full answer...
