Can Damaged Internal Eye Ends Be Removed From Bimini Top Poles

How do you remove the existing, damaged, ends of the poles?

Removing the damaged internal eye ends is going to be very tricky. There really is not a great way to remove them, especially if they are crimped in to the poles. One option is to cut the pole, but this can throw off how it fits. Your best bet would be to cut off the damaged eye flush with the end of the pole, and use an external eye like part # 36911729. This way you can have a new eye end, and you will not have to shorten the pole.
