There are a couple of options to lift your Keystone Cougar 29RLI trailer depending on if your axle's sit above or below the leaf springs. They will all work with the Road Armor Shackles.
If your axles are already below your leaf springs the only option is the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit item # RR23QX. This kit mounts to your spring hangers and moves the attachment point down 1-1/4" or 2-1/4".

Since you know you do not have a MaxxAir fan you will have to drill to install the MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover item # MA86JR. The EZClip pins only attach to their vents. As far as compatibility goes so long as your roof vent is 14" x 14" this cover will work.

You will need the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter item # RP85FR. As of 7/10/23 this pin box is back ordered a couple of months due to Reese's parent company being bought out. This goosebox has a 20,000 lbs capacity which will work great and not affect the comfort or safety of your truck or trailer because it is over capacity.

You may have had this same rating of tire before from factory, but with 4 of these tires you are below the GVWR of 12,370 lbs.

Yes, you will be able to get the theater style seating in the 24" wide door on your 2019 Keystone Cougar. The Thomas Payne Arm Recliners like # 195-000086 have a removable back section that make it much easier to get inside your Cougar. The seat height is only 20" from the ground as seen in the picture below and you will be able to turn the base of the sofa to get the taller arm portion to fit in the door. The trailer axle over-under kits we offer are made for 2-3/8-inch or 3-inch diameter axles. Kit # K71-384-00 fits a 2-3/8-inch diameter axle and kit # K71-385-00 fits a 3-inch round axle.
