  • Finding Pin Box To Gooseneck Hitch Adapter For a 2010 Keystone Cougar 326MKS
  • To give you the correct selection to choose from I have to know what pin box you have on your 2010 Keystone Cougar 326MKS. This is needed as not every RV is going to always have the same components even if they were built the same day in the same factory. I do know the 1621 was the most commonly used around this time so if you can either provide me with the Lippert tag information on the mounting arms above your pin box I can verify the bolt pattern for the pin box. Otherwise I would need...

  • Replacement Shroud for Dometic Duo-Therm AC on 2010 Keystone Bullet
  • The 3107541.009 is the part number for the analog control kit for the Dometic Duo-Therm on your 2010 Keystone Bullet. Based on the information we have it does appear as though the # DMC69FR you looked at is the correct replacement. However, without the actual AC model number we can't be sure. I understand it is covered right now but I recommend measuring to confirm this. The shroud measures 34-1/2" long x 30" wide x 10-3/4" tall.

  • Recommended Self Adjusting Brakes for Al-Ko 4,400 lb Axles
  • Michael, so you are correct you do have 4,400 lb axles so you can use the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes # K23-478-479 for replacements. These are self adjusting so you never need to manually adjust them, works with 14", 14 1/2", and 15" wheels, and includes both the left and right hand side. For hubs we have had customers in the past use # 8-201-5UC3, but you'll want to check your existing bearings and verify that they will work with this hub.

  • Alternative for Lippert Tandem Axle Lift Kit on 2021 Keystone Raptor 5W Toy Hauler
  • The reason you are unable to find the Lippert Tandem Axle Lift Kit is because it is discontinued. Instead, I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit - Tandem Axle # RR23QX. This kit will let you move your axle up to 1/2" forward or rearward for proper alignment and provides a 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" lift.

  • Recommended Replacement Idler and Drive Head Covers for a Lippert Solera Awning
  • John, the Replacement Front Cover for Solera Power RV Awnings # LC643922 does not fit both sides. This part is only going to work with the drive side, which would be the right side if you were facing the awning. For the left side, the idler side, you'd want # LC643923.

  • Solution for Dometic 310 Toilet with Damaged Foot Pedal
  • Hey Sandra so we've actually checked with Dometic in the past about seeing if they have replacement foot pedals for the 310 and they do not have that as a replaceable part. Only solution would be to replace the toiled or modify what you have now to get rid of the sharp edges like with a file or sandpaper. If you're good with replacing the whole assembly then we have the Dometic 310 toilet available in Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR and White Ceramic # DOM57FR.

  • What Is The Weight Of The MORryde StepAbove And Flip Tread RV Steps?
  • The MORryde StepAbove RV Steps # MR85RR weighs about 70 lbs. As far as the flip step, I assume you are referring to the MORryde Flip Tread RV Steps # MR42UR which weighs about 45 lbs. Both of these steps will fit your 28" wide door. Personally I like the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps just because of how stable they are. There is no movement or bouncing when you use the steps like a lot of other RV steps. They are a bit heavier than others but they are really not difficult to open and close,...

  • How to Convert From Drum to Disc Brakes on Keystone Travel Trailer
  • Okay, so there's a number of things you'll need to convert your Keystone travel trailer from drum to disc brakes, and I'll detail how to determine that. You'll need a hub and rotor disc brake kit, though we don't have a way of knowing specifically what hub you have. This means you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them,...

  • Will 2023 Keystone Cougar 24RDS with MaxTurn Cap/Goosebox Have Enough Turning Clearance with Short B
  • Since your 2023 Keystone Cougar 24RDS has the MaxTurn Radius front cap you would not have to worry about turning clearance as that front end was designed for short bed turning clearance without requiring a slider. So with a Goose Box like the RP85FR and the offset ball part # GY83XR you'd have plenty of turning clearance and you'd never have to mess with a heavy fifth wheel hitch again.

  • Recommended Bearings for a AL-KO T44 Axle
  • Hey Ken. The AL-KO T44 axle is obsolete and no parts have been made for it since 2015. I do not have a replacement hub for you. However, based on my research, the AL-KO T-44 axle spindle on your trailer uses the item # L68149 inner bearing and item # LM67048 outer bearing. I recommend verifying this on your trailer by simply pulling the hubs and checking for the numbers that should be stamped onto the bearings themselves. The only hub that matches these bearing sizes item # 8-407-5UC3-EZ...

  • Troubleshooting Single Brake Drum Overheating After Replacing Brakes
  • I would not try to back that off since it is extremely hard to do on self-adjusting brakes. Also, I doubt the brake assembly overadjusted. You can spin it to see if there is excess drag compared to the others but I'm willing to bet the castle nut is overtightened on that hub. This is a common cause for overheating and seems likely based on the work that was recently done. The castle nut should be hand tightened then backed off a quarter turn.
