  • How to Determine Which Over-Under Axle Flip Kit for 2007 Jayco Jay Flight 31.5 BHDS
  • In order to determine which over/under conversion kit you'll need you will need to verify the capacity of the axles on your 2007 Jayco Jay Flight 31.5 BHDS, and that your springs are already not positioned over the axles. The best way to confirm your axle's specs is by checking the sticker on the center of the axle, which will give you the capacity. Generally speaking, axles typically have the following diameters depending on the capacity: Round, 2-3/8 inch diameter = 3,500-lb or 4,400-lb...

  • Which etrailer Brand 2 Inch Hitch Receiver Lock
  • The receiver tubes of some 2 inch hitches are wider than what's standard, such as Toyota's OEM hitch. It's pretty easy to determine which one you'll need. Simply measure the outside width of the receiver tube at the hitch pin hole. If the width is less than 2-5/8 of an inch, the # e98882 would work great for you. If it's wider than that, use # e98881 which has a wider inside span.

  • Lift Kit for Dexter 3K # 10 Torflex Axle on Jayco Feather Ultra Light Single Axle Trailer
  • You have a 3K rated Dexter # 10 Torflex axle. As long as your axle doesn't have the 3 inch tall mounting brackets, the # K71-707-01 which would provide 2-5/8 inches of lift is the lift kit you'd want. The # K71-723-01 kit you'd looked at is for the # 9 Torflex, and wouldn't work with your axle.

  • Yes you can flat tow a 2011 Chevy 2500 with the Jayco 25 R E450. To do so you will need the following parts: Tow bar, Base plate kit, Safety cable set, Tow bar wiring and supplemental braking system. I recommend the Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar - # DM9511013 which includes safety cables so that's one less purchase to make here. Each arm attaches and detaches from base plates with 2 easy-to-access pins and adjustable-width arms fit a wide range of base plates. This saves...

  • Can a Fan be Added to a Ventline Roof Vent
  • You may be able to add a fan to your Ventline roof vent without removing it but it all depends on what part number you have. I spoke with my contact at Ventline who said that the VD0433 number you gave me is only for the screen on the vent. If you have the part # V2110SP-24 that has the metal roof then my contact said that there is no way to modify it for a fan. If you have the part # V2092SP-28 then there is a way that you could add a fan. The Replacement 12V DC Motor # BVD0218-00 and...

  • Recommended Hitch to be Used on 2016 Jayco Jay Flight 265RLSW
  • I recommend using the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703, which is designed to fit on box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame where the stanchions are from 22" up to 72" apart; we don't have measurements for specific trailers so you'll want to measure to make sure your frame isn't wider than that. This hitch can be welded or bolted on and has a 3500-lbs tongue weight capacity, so it's our most robust solution. I've linked a short review video...

  • Hardware for etrailer.com 10 Inch Trailer Brake Assemblies
  • I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the seals for brake assemblies, part # AKEBRK-35-SA. If you mean the adjuster plugs then you want part # BP10-220. If you actually mean the grease seals that fit the 10 inch hubs the brakes are used on then it's almost definitely part # 58846 which has inner and outer diameters 1.719 and 2.565 inches respectively. You should verify the measurements to be sure. You can also verify the seal by checking the hub which would use the same bearings as...

  • Recommended Solution to Lift 2021 Jayco North Point
  • I have a solution for you to raise your trailer, but I don't think going through a complete suspension overhaul is cost effective and won't give you the greatest additional clearance. I'll also add that lifting your trailer by changing components will not void your warranty unless the installation of those parts is the cause of a malfunction that damages the coach and we've seen many customers add lift kits to their new trailers without issue. Your best bet, assuming that you have double...
