You may be able to add a fan to your Ventline roof vent without removing it but it all depends on what part number you have. I spoke with my contact at Ventline who said that the VD0433 number you gave me is only for the screen on the vent.

I have a solution for you to raise your trailer, but I don't think going through a complete suspension overhaul is cost effective and won't give you the greatest additional clearance.
