I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the seals for brake assemblies, part # AKEBRK-35-SA. If you mean the adjuster plugs then you want part # BP10-220. If you actually mean the grease seals that fit the 10 inch hubs the brakes are used on then it's almost definitely part # 58846 which has inner and outer diameters 1.719 and 2.565 inches respectively. You should verify the measurements to be sure. You can also verify the seal by checking the hub which would use the same bearings as part # AKHD-545-35-K. The bearings are # L68149 for the inner and # L44649 for the outer.
The bolts to mount the brakes are included with part # AKEBRK-35-SA. Although, you do need the nuts and lockwashers. They're part # BRKH10B and includes 8 of each for both the left and right hand brake assemblies.
