We can help you with a roof rack for the cab of your 2012 Silverado Crew Cab as well as with accessory light bars.
First, for a roof rack you can use the linked page to select the type of roof you have on the truck. Just click on your roof type at the top of the page to then see the racks that are compatible.
For instance if you have a bare roof you could use the Rhino-Rack roof rack consisting of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK227. For a cleaner OEM look and quieter performance... view full answer...
We do have H3 fog lights that are DOT compliant but unfortunately none of them are LED. The only option we have that is for off-road use is the Putco # P250003W.
For DOT compliant H3 fog lights out our most popular option is the Putco PURE High-Performance H3 Halogen Fog Lamp Bulbs # P230003DW-F which come in a pair and have a "double white" color. view full answer...

We offer 19 different replacement H1 vehicle light bulbs. These are shown on the linked page and include both Halogen and LED types. If you are looking for a 130-watt bulb this will surely be a Halogen type since LEDs are highly-efficient and use much less power. LED light # P2500H1W uses 30 watts. Most of our H1 Halogen bulbs use between 55 and 85 watts. They also offer varying lumen output and different color temperatures.
Note that some of these lights are intended for off-road use... view full answer...
I checked with Vision X and they do not have a cover for Duralux Spot Light - LED - 20 Watts - 10 Degree Beam - 4" Square - Qty 1 Item # DURA-410. But I wonder if the rules apply to LED lights that have a polycarbonate lens like these. They are not glass, if that is the issue in areas that have the cover requirement. Still, even if it is an issue with the lens material you would still want to cover the lights you do use if, for nothing else, to avoid getting pulled over.

We offer two Timbren axle-less systems rated for 3500-lbs, part # A35RD545E which has spindles with a 4-inch drop, and part # A35RS545E which would be better for your application since it will not reduce your ground clearance. For off-road use you do not want to use a kit that has drop spindles; this type is better for a ramped trailer where you want a low deck height.
Kit # A35RS545E includes the frame-mount suspension assemblies, E-Z Lube spindles with 4- bolt brake flanges, hub/drums,... view full answer...
We do offer a roof rack system that will accept an LED light bar from Rhino-Rack.
The actual rack used will depend on how your roof is configured. If you have a bare roof, you'd need the following:
• Rhino-Rack 54 Inch Vortex Aero crossbars, part # RRVA137B-2
• Leg Kit # RRRLKVA
• Vehicle Specific fit kit, part # DK398
If your Cherokee has the roof rails that run front to back along the edges of the roof, you'd need the following:

We offer both standard beam axles and axle-less trailer suspension kits from Timbren, some of which come complete with electric drum brakes and hubs in a 3500-lb rating. But in your lower-capacity requirement we do not have complete axle kits with brakes since often such lighter trailers do not require brakes. This can vary by state but you might want to check whether you even need to install brakes for a trailer of the weight you are planning to build.

It looks like your off road package calls for a ST235/75-15 tire with an aggressive tread and sidewall pattern. From what I've read, there isn't another tire out there configured exactly like this as Rockwood contracted with Westlake to produce a custom tire for that camper.
Westlake makes a decent tire, but the typical knock on them is that they're made outside the US, even though they have to meet the same DOT standards as tires that are manufactured here. Because Bias Ply tires have... view full answer...

To operate one of the ComeUp DV-9 Off-Road Winches, like the part # CU856333 that you asked about, you'll need a 12V power supply. It doesn't look like there are any 24V winch options even from other manufacturers.
Once you have a 12V power supply you can use the Go Power Eco Solar Charging System # 34273836 to keep the battery topped off for when you need to use the winch. view full answer...
You would have to use a wheel and tire like the Westlake ST235/75R15 Off-Road Tire w/ 15" Liger Aluminum Wheel # LH46FR. If you need help with changing out our hub please let me know your axle information so you can match the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern.
The Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tire # WST54FR cannot be mounted on the Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel # LH34FR since the wheel is only 5" wide and the tire requires a 6" wide wheel.

For the 27x10.5x15 tire size on your Bobcat/Toolcat you can use Pewag # PWE3210S for both on-road and off-road use. These D-link chains have excellent traction. You will want to remove these chains immediately if you get to dry pavement as they will tear up the asphalt/concrete and quickly wear the chains.
It is always a good idea to review the vehicle owner's manual for any guidance or restrictions regarding use of tire chains. view full answer...
For a wheel and tire that big your best option would be the Timbren kit part # ASR35HDS02 which is set up for wider tires and also has a 4 inch lift built into it. This is the same 3,500 lb capacity though.
That being said we can only safely recommend using trailer rated wheels and tires wit this kit.
For just a hub without a drum you would want the part # AKIHUB-655-6-K. view full answer...
The Subaru Outback Sport featured an off-road appearance package, and a slightly raised suspension. Subaru discontinued the Outback Sport nameplate in 2011.

If you do not have the Sport edition you can choose from 1-1/4-inch Class II and 2-inch Class III hitches for your wagon. The linked page will show you all of these... view full answer...
My contact at Timbren confirmed this kit includes wide spindles designed specifically for use with wider off-road tires so this should be a fine choice for your application.
