We offer both standard beam axles and axle-less trailer suspension kits from Timbren, some of which come complete with electric drum brakes and hubs in a 3500-lb rating. But in your lower-capacity requirement we do not have complete axle kits with brakes since often such lighter trailers do not require brakes. This can vary by state but you might want to check whether you even need to install brakes for a trailer of the weight you are planning to build.
For a complete 1800-lb beam axle (without brakes) that includes idler hubs, bearings, seals, etc we have kit # CE33201GA-HUB. This axle measures 57-1/2 from hub face to hub face and 46-1/2 from spring center to spring center.
In a slightly lower 1200-lb weight rating we have the Timbren axle-less kit # A12WS545 which also includes idler hubs and which is made for off-road tires. This bolts or welds directly to the frame and requires no leaf springs, spring hangers, shackles or the other parts in a typical leaf spring suspension.
