Carr offers a license plate relocation/light mount kit # CARR167301 in black and # CARR167303 in chrome that mounts to your bumper. These can hold 2 lights that use 3/8" diameter mounting bolts and installation requires drilling. They also offer a roof mounting kit for light bars, parts # CARR210114 and # CARR220062.
The Putco High Power Luminix Off-Road Light Bar with License Plate Mount # P2281L is intended for use on the 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited. We do offer other kits that are meant for your 2015 F-150 that you can see on the linked page.
