First thing to do is check the fuse you installed in the fuse panel of your 2013 Honda Pilot that came with the # 118265.
There is a good chance this fuse blew or the relays you installed went bad. But most likely the problem is the fuse.

You could have a problem with the converter box in the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118336, but to be sure, I would test the connector with something other than a plug in style test light. A trailer or a circuit tester like the Quickee # 3808 would be better. Some times, the plug type testers can cause a malfunction. The only ways I can see the left turn and brake functions swapping on your CR-V is if the plug was either installed at a different orientation or the wiring kit itself is messed up. I spoke with Curt in regards to your Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56215 on your 2015 Honda Crosstour, and they mentioned that usually when this happens this is caused by there not being any power on the 12V feed to the converter.
They recommend that you are getting power to both sides of the fuse on the harness with a circuit tester # PTW2993 or a multimeter # PT89ZR.

If you're having issues with the Pop & Lock # PAL8600 I would say first check the wires that you routed from your tailgate to under the truck. Make sure that the wires have not been pinched. If it seems to be fine, continue to check the wire to make sure it is still in good condition. In the engine bay you may see that heat may have caused the issue over time.

Without seeing how everything is wired, it is a bit hard to diagnose, but I am guessing you have 1 too many wires run to the Brite-Lite Converter.
The ground that is on part # RM-732 should be grounded to the motor home frame or structure. The GND wire that was on the motor home needs to be connected to the ground wire on the CR-V tow light wiring. This is not a normal fit for the Draw-Tite # 75270 on your 2008 Honda Odyssey. I reached out to my contact at the manufacturer and they said that is a big hitch and it can get tweaked side to side. If it is that side to side that isn't lining up, it sounds like it was tweaked. It should measure 53-1/8 inch center to center on those slots from side to side. If it was way out, it would most likely be a drop during shipping but is possibly a mis-drill, but it sounds really close.

From what I understand, at first, none of the lights worked. Now, with a trailer connected and the running lights on, you get a hot signal with every connection. First, you will have to disconnect the trailer to do some testing. Start by using a circuit tester to test the wires going in to the converter. Test each function separately. Turn signals, tail lights and stop lights. If these are all correct, move on to the wires coming out of the converter.

A 2014 Honda CR-V will also need fuse number 19 in the interior fuse box to be pulled in order to prevent battery drain while towing. You can physically pull the fuse or install the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511 to make it as easy as pressing a button to disable/enable the fuse. It sounds like you are missing the fuse in your smaller, secondary under-hood fuse box that powers the brake controller. I checked in a manual for a 2012 Honda Pilot, and it was the number 14 fuse labeled Trailer E-Brake. It should be close if not identical in your 2015 model. To me, it sounds like you still have a ground and/or short problem on the trailer. The taillights are usually grounded via the mounting studs on the assembly. Check to make sure you have a proper ground. I have included a link to a video showing the procedure you can follow below.

This is a pretty common issue, but what you are experiencing are weldnuts on the vehicle frame that are corroded and packed with road grime/corrosion. This makes it seem like the bolts are too large.
