There is most likely a way to route the 4-way of the Curt # C56291 that fits your 2023 Honda Passport through the floor in the cargo area like you are wanting but we don't have a specific set of instructions on that since that's not how Curt designed the harness. You'd have to basically start taking apart the cargo area panels till you find the floor and look for a grommet in the bottom of it to pass the 4-way through.
