For your 2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 260RB the Adco Tyvek Storage Cover part # 290-52245 would be a really great option. It's the perfect size, offers the best protection for your climate and is the easiest to install as well. view full answer...
Hey James,
If you have standard equalizers with a 5-3/4" horizontal and 2" vertical measurement then the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 would be the correct replacement for you. If you're saying that you already have those and are wanting something else then you can go with the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687. These have a 5-1/2" horizonal and 2-1/2" vertical measurement so you'll probably have enough slack in the shackle straps to accommodate this difference without... view full answer...
Hey Kevin, so I don't have a way to verify what tire size your trailer has but as long as what you have is a 15 inch wheel tire size and a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch then yes the Wildcat Trailer Wheel part # LH59VR would fit and work great. The 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern is for sure the most popular 5 lug bolt pattern. view full answer...
The answer to your question will depend on your bumper. More than likely the # MO22FR will be the correct part for your Grand Design Transcend Xplor 321BH. If you have a tube frame with a bumper that is 4" - 4-1/2" wide then this will work as extra support for your carrier and generator. You can see this in the attached review video at the 2 minute mark. If you have an I-beam, S-beam, or single channel frame you want the universal # MO34VR instead.
If you don't have a carrier already Mount-n-Lock... view full answer...
The Furrion Solar Panel # FR73SR that you referenced is capable of putting out 8.82 amps, so yes you could use two of these 165 watt panels with a 25 amp controller and you'd not be exceeding the controller's output. view full answer...
Yes, the Wheel Masters 2-Hose Inflation Kit - 22-1/2" Dually # WM8005 can be used with rubber valve stems. You can see this in the installation video below where we installed them on a 2017 Jayco Eagle HT. view full answer...
Your weight estimate will be close but probably a bit higher than the 700lb. Of course this is completely dependent on how you load your camper but the largest storage area is the front as well as the bedroom closets and under-bed storage.
The Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System # RP66084 is rated to work from 600lbs-1,200lbs of tongue weight. So it does fit in line with your 2021 Grand Design Transcend 247BH. I would recommend going with this hitch coming from an RV background... view full answer...
That's a really good question but the best way to know if the bumper of your 2023 Grand Design Transcend 247BH would require reinforcing would be to check with Grand Design to determine if the bumper has a weight capacity for towing or if it's even rated for towing or not. If it's rated for towing it would be fine but if not you'd want to run the install of the Mount N Lock SafetyStruts # MO22FR by them and see what they think. view full answer...
The Grand Design Transcend Xplor 200MK has a GVWR of just under 7,000 lbs with a hitch weight of 480 lbs dry. The Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System part # BXW0756 is what I recommend for this trailer as it has what we have found in our testing to be the best sway control and it features a simple bolt-on install. The factory electric sway control you have does help but the friction sway control of the above is far more effective. view full answer...
In order to choose the correct slide topper for a 2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor Travel Trailer you simply need to measure your slide out from flange to flange. This will then be used to select the correct slide topper from the list below. The Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 7'1" Wide part # LCV000165062 for example fits any slide-out measuring 80" - 85" wide.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to look up slide-out sizes for any one particular trailer. view full answer...
The Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm # LC281154 is the correct replacement for your 2020 Grand Design Transcend Xplor Travel Trailer. view full answer...
You can likely find a replacement washer at your local hardware/home improvement store but if you're looking for complete new hardware you'll need to get the whole Universal Z-Mount Bracket Kit for Furrion Rooftop Solar Panels # FR44PR as Furrion doesn't have these parts pieced out individually. view full answer...
I would agree that it does sound like you need a new strut for your Solera Pitch Arm part # LC281154 that you referenced and for that you'd want the part # LC260282 and you'd be set. view full answer...
The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit part # LC696740 is designed for a 35" axle spread so it won't work well for you but we do have a set of cushioned equalizers that will, the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit - Double-Eye Springs part # K71-652-00 which I actually prefer as it's a complete kit.
I have attached a sample install video I did myself below. view full answer...
It would be difficult to add a Friction Sway Bar # 83660 to a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch. The mounting points required just aren't there as the manufacturer never intended for both to be required. Plus you have the added hassle of removing it when doing tight turns and backing up.
I recommend add the Tuson Sway Control # 335TSC-1000 as it will work in conjunction with the system that you currently have in place. It utilizes the brakes on your trailer to reduce and prevent sway... view full answer...
I have a solution for you but I am sorry the Automatic Level Control system on your 2017 Yukon Denali can not be used with a weight distribution system. The two components work in opposition of each other and it will diminish your ride quality. You will want to use an electronic trailer sway control system like the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control - 1 to 4 Axles item # 335TSC-1000. The electronic sway control system helps correct sway in trailers without weight distribution. It monitors trailer... view full answer...
It is possible that the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for Travel Trailers # LC191025 will work with your angled scissor jacks but only if there is a crossmember rearward of the rear jacks at a minimum of 4” to a maximum of 18”, and locate a cross-member or center compartment with a steel floor from 6”-18” from front of front jacks.
If you do not have a crossmember in these locations the best option would be to use the Ultra-Fab Chock and Lock Wheel Stabilizer for Tandem-Axle Trailers... view full answer...
It is not required to replace all of the brakes at once on your tandem axle trailer. However, you should replace the opposite side brake assembly on that same axle as you said. Assuming you need a 12" x 2" brake assembly like the # 23-105 you were looking at, you will need the # 23-105-106 for a left and right hand assembly. If you want self-adjusting brakes then you will need the # 23-458-459 instead. view full answer...
Normally for this situation the best solution is a longer ball mount like the Hidden Hitch part # 80232 which is 15-3/4 inches long and will give you additional clearance between the truck and the trailer jack for your tailgate. view full answer...
The mounting bracket on the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps for 27-3/4" to 30-1/4" Wide Doorways # MR68RR is 26-1/4" wide so you would be able to mount the steps in your door threshold. Most likely all you would need to do is adjust the door flange brackets (pictured below) to set them at the correct span for your doorway. You can use a socket wrench to loosen the bolts and slide the brackets to the appropriate position. view full answer...
