We offer both 10-inch and 12-inch fifth wheel lube plates. The 10-inch diameter is part # RP83002 and the 12-inch is part # RP83001. My contact at B and W indicated either size is acceptable.
The best way to check for ideal fit is to measure out from the bottom center of the king pin half the plate diameters (5 and 6 inches). These are the points where the edges of the 10-inch and 12-inch plates will reach when fitted to the king pin.

Based on the bearing and seal part numbers that you provided as well as your measurements, your trailer probably has a 3,500 lb axle. I also recommend checking the outer diameter of your axle tube. If it is a 3,500 lb axle, then it should have an outer diameter of either 2-3/8 inches or 3 inches.
