As long as your 2015 Thor Axis (which was built on the Ford E-350 or E-450 chassis) features a factory 4-Way or 7-Way connector at the rear then there will be a factory port behind the dash that will connect to the Plug-In Adapter # 3034-P. Sometimes RV makers may need to relocate a brake controller connection port from the OEM location (behind the coin tray) to another nearby spot in order to accommodate new interior structures they install as part of the RV conversion. When Roadmaster refers to a 10 and a 14 mm bolt, they're referring to the diameter of the threaded portion of the bolt, not the size of the bolt head or the size wrench needed to install or remove the bolt. In the vertical position, the mushroom lid would not keep out water as intended, and it would likely admit water into the interior of the vehicle. To install a brake controller in your 2015 Four Winds Majesty will require a brake controller like the BRAKE-EVN part # TK63VR, the install harness # 3034-P and the 4-way to 7-way adapter part # 37185.

Are you sure your wheels have lug covers on them? If you can see a flange around the base of the lug they are most likely the covers which is what the part # WM8211 is designed to remove. If there is no flange and you tap them with something metal and they sound solid and not like a thinner cover then you are most likely dealing with the actual lug nuts. In the picture I attached you can see a flange around the lug in the picture.

I spoke with my technical contact at Tekonsha, who tells me that he isn't aware of any other spot where the brake controller connector would be located. Every Ford E-Series van or van cutaway chassis they've dealt with has had the brake controller connector clipped to the back of the storage pocket above the radio and HVAC controls.
