I wish I had better news but there are no adapters that will allow you to make 90 degree turns as long as you are using the gooseneck in your truck and on your trailer. The only adapter I could recommend is the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System, part # AM3200, but it would only give you an additional 5-1/2 inches of clearance and that would not work with a trailer that is 103 inches wide as you said your trailer is.

I called my contact at HWT and they said the PSI rating for part # AM22658HWTB is limited by the valve stem and tire that is used on the wheel.
This 16 inch diameter rim has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern, and has a load rating of 3,580-lbs.
We don't carry a valve stem for this rim that would have a high enough air pressure capacity but you should be able to find one at the tire shop you use to mount the tires and wheels.

The 205/75-15 load range D tires we offer from Kenda, part # AM10245, Taskmaster # TR20515D and Westlake # LHWL300 should all be inflated to the maximum air pressure listed on the tire sidewall which is 65 psi.

It very well might. Different circuits are affected in different vehicles. The reason you pull the fuse or bypass it is to prevent the vehicle battery from being discharged while its being flat towed.

If the original seal had an inside diameter of 2.250, then that is the size I would stick with.
The inside diameter is what rides on the spindle so you would not want to go with a smaller seal as you mentioned. We have two seals that have the 2.250 I.D. dimension. The first is # GS-2250DL. It has a 2.250 I.D. and a 3.376 O.D.

You could use the 12-V feed from the trailer connector to maintain the house battery on your slide in camper, but due to the ~16 ga wire feeding that circuit, you'll be able to maintain the battery but won't be able to fully charge it once it's depleted, unless you use shore power and a charger like # 329-GENIUS10.

The easiest way to find any fuse or relay in a vehicle is to use the owners manual and/or the legend usually found on the lid of the power distribution box. Those for trailer-related functions will often have a TRL abbreviation.

There are no installation instructions for the Ribbed Rubber Trailer Mat, part # 3622RM. As far as traction, it would make sense that installing the mat with the ribs running horizontal would provide a bit more traction than vertical, but I have not heard anyone mention traction issues with the mats installed.
