We can help you select the right electric winch for your car trailer that will be able to handle the vehicle's 3500-lb weight and the slope of your trailer's loading ramp. For reference I linked an article that has great helpful information on many types of electric winches.
For a 3500-lb vehicle pulled up even a 40-degree slope the Bulldog Winch # BDW10032 that you referenced is an excellent choice. This winch can handle pulling even an 8000-lb vehicle up a 40-degree slope so it will... view full answer...
In order to determine if this winch would be a good choice for your trailer you want to know the weight of your 21 ft party barge.
This Superwinch LT2000 Electric Utility Winch # 1120210 has winching capacities of 2,000 lbs. However, boat-size-to-winch capacity is generally 2 to 1, so if your boat weighs less than 4,000 lbs this winch would be a good choice for you.
I also attached an FAQ on hand winches that you might find interesting also. view full answer...
The 2K capacity Mater Lock winch, # 2953AT, should be plenty strong enough for a small 1,000 pound fish house. If the winching distance is short or the house is on wheels or rollers are on the trailer it will not be an issue at all. If the winching distance is long, it is at a steep angle, or there is a lot of friction it will not be as easy for the winch but it can still handle it just fine.
The winch is going to pull 20 amps pulling its max so it would not be a bad idea to have the vehicle... view full answer...

The StrongArm winch weighs 22 pounds without packaging materials and ships at 24 pounds. view full answer...
Assuming that your trailer has bunk rollers instead of boards, the Dutton-Lainson Strong Arm Electric Winch, part # DL25200 should be able to handle that 2500 lb boat with no problem.
If the trailer just has boards, the resistance they would cause against the bottom of the boat would limit the capacity of the winch.
I have included a link to the instructions for you to review. view full answer...

Thank you for the detailed diagram. There is a way to determine the correctly rated winch, and that is to multiply the winch capacity by a factor determined by the degree of the incline. So in your case, 26 degrees, which would make the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch - Marine # DL25215 the option I recommend.
It has a 3,000 lb capacity so you need to multiply 3,000 by 1.86 (the correct number for a 26 degree incline) and that will tell you the capacity of this winch for your... view full answer...
