Does the Master Lock Electric Trailer Winch Have a Brake

Does this winch have a brake for trailering aboat on trailer?. Does it lock for safety?

Yes, there is a brake on the Master Lock Winch # 2953AT winch that you referenced. Basically, the brake will always be applied when powering in and will only be released when you activate the freespooling clutch knob to let the cable out.
