I wasn't able to track down any information using the part number you found on the sticker but you can compare the dimensions of this unit to yours to see if it will work well as a replacement. I believe that you are talking about the Replacement Gearbox # LC276602.
Aside from the rod that comes with the gearbox the only other thing I could think of is the Lead Leg Repair Kit # LC146059 which includes a replacement drive shaft.

If you have the Stromberg Carlson landing gear, part # LG-1, then the replacement lead leg is part # LG-179013. Since you already have the standard 15-1/2 inches between the weld stops on your current jacks you won't need to move the brackets on your trailer. view full answer...
If the actual leg of the stabilizer jack, like the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707, is bent then you'll unfortunately have to replace the entire assembly. Lippert has a few replacement parts for this jack but I think the mentality behind not having a replacement for the leg is that if there was an impact powerful enough to bend one of the legs then the frame of the unit is likely messed up as well so you'll want to replace the whole thing from the safety viewpoint.
