Yes, to replace the adjuster plugs on Dexter Electric Brake Assemblies like the 10" # K23-463-00 that you were looking at you just need the part # BP10-220. These plugs can be used on all of the common electric brake sizes (7 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch).
This includes 4 adjuster plugs. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
