Thanks for the picture! The 60" crossbars might be a bit wide. The roof racks with the longer crossbars are typically used for kayak carriers or people that need to mount two bike racks. Since your 2011 BMW 328i is a convertible you'll need to go with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch # SH94VR and not the # SH44VR you looked at.
The Convertible has a different frame due to not having a solid roof so the hitches are different between the convertible and coupe.

Any aftermarket roof rack you purchase for your 2019 BMW X3 with flush rails may have issues with interference between the roof rack and the sunroof.
