I don't have that exact measurement handy, but I was able to figure it out for you. The drop measurement (distance from the underside of the frame member to the top of the receiver tube) is right at 3 inches. This measurement on the Draw-Tite # 75599 is just a little bit less at 2-1/2 inches. This means that the inside top of the Curt # 13328 would sit at about 16-1/2 inches above the ground, versus 17 inches for the Draw-Tite.

I went and pulled the WesBarg 7-Way # WG54006-046 and the # WG54006-043 from our warehouse to grab the measurements you requested.
The coil diameter on both is 2-1/2 inches. For the 6 foot version part # WG54006-043 the length of just the coils is 8-1/2 inches and if measured from end to end with the coils unstretched it measures 27 inches.

No, it doesn't but there is an etrailer one that does. It is the etrailer Hitch item # e27KR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your 2023 Acura MDX with included hardware. It is also a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.
