Today we're going to be taking a look at showing you how to install the Clear Plus Intelli-curve Hybrid Windshield Wiper Blades on our 2018 Audi Q5.New windshield wiper blades are going to ensure you have a clear windshield during those rainy, icy, and snowy conditions.Each blade is going to have a rubber cover. It's going to cover all of our mounting components, and if you notice it has a little wing on this topside. This is not only going to help when you're going down the highway to keep your blade down, keep it from lifting off your windshield, but it's also going to help reduce the ice and snow buildup.Again it's going to cover all of your metal components on the blade itself. Each blade's going to have six points of articulation. This is going to help spread out that downward pressure evenly from one side of the blade to the other.The squeegee itself is going to have molybdinum coating to help prevent chattering.Now that we've gone over some of the features let's show you how to get them installed.
First thing we're going to need to do is remove our old windshield wiper blades. It's a good idea to take a piece of cardboard or something and put it underneath your arm. If this happens to slip out of your hand because this arm is metal, if it snaps against your glass, it could potentially break it.You're going to have a piece like this that's going to come in your kit with your new windshield wiper blades. You'll notice there's little arrows on the sides. We need to remove a couple pieces on this.So there's a couple arrows on the side.
We're going to pull back this a little, and kind of go up with it. So . kind of like that.Then we're going to have another piece. We're going to pull that out on two sides, and take that piece off, and then this back piece here.First you're going to pull, and pull it out. It's going to be easier if you take this piece and put it on your arm first before you put it on your wiper blade.
We're just going to slide it in. Let it lock into place on our wiper blade.You're going to have a piece that's already on there . We just need to pop that off. So we're going to flip it upside down, and we're going to push. And it will pop that little piece off.Then we'll take our new blade ...
and we're going to snap it into place. Just like that. You're just going to repeat that same process for the other one.That's going to complete our look at and installation on the Clear Plus Intelli-curve Hybrid Windshield Wiper Blades on our 2018 Audi Q5.

They started out fine like any new wiper should but within 6 months the driver side started skreetching under light rain conditions. Irritated. Rubber Must have dried out. Was expecting to last a year. It didn't happen. Went back to bosche blade.

Do not buy these for a Tesla model 3. They will fit the arms but as soon as you turn them on they will bang into the front trunk because they are too thick to tuck under the hood at the end of each wiper stroke. It will chip the paint and make a loud clunking sound and you will regret ever buying them. I reached out to the manufacturer about this and never got a reply. Total trash.

I've had these wiper blades for a year now and they still work really well. Of course the mild winter we had here in Pa. probably contributed to that. Still though I am very pleased with them. They haven't worn down much at all to this point. I would definitely purchase them again.
They clean well and are not noisey.

This is a great business to deal with. Number one in customer service and wonderful communication. I highly recommend anyone that needs the produces they carry to use them over any others. Even if the cost is slightly more from here, which I doubt because etrailer is very competitive in their prices, it’s worth the extra to use etrailer. Peace of mind knowing you’ll get great care if the need arrives.
Love these wipers. Found them at a gas station when a wiper broke in the middle of a rain storm. Had previously had great difficulty finding a wiper that performed well on my wife’s 3 series BMW. When those wipers wore out and I returned to purchase another set, the gas station no longer carried them. I was so happy to find them on etrailer.com. And at a very reasonable price for purchase and shipping. Great wipers from a great vendor!
Dependable performance, especially in winter last year in Utah - snowiest in 40 years.
Vendor service was excellent. Although, one of the blades arrived with a broken adapter, etrailer didn't hesitate to correct the issue. As for the product, it was easy to install and function, but the adaptors may have some fragile tendencies as stated. The wipers have not been tested in the extremes of heat or cold, so I can't comment on that aspect. However, they had received excellent reviews, so I'm trusting those sources until then.
Great wipers! I bought them years ago out of necessity when I was on the road and had a wiper break during a rainstorm. The truck stop I was close to sold only these Clearplus wipers. After using them I could never go back to another wiper. I always buy them here at etrailer now.
I receive my replacement wiper blades and they work great! Better quality than the factory ones I had. They cost me HALF of the price of anywhere else I checked. Delivery was on time and i didn't have to wait days or weeks for them to charge my account.I would definitely purchase from them again. THANKS!!!
