3,500-lb Capacity. These hollow rubber springs sit above the rear axle to help stabilize and level your vehicle. They also provide a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability.

Whether you're hauling heavy loads in your bed or cargo area or you're towing a trailer, you will often see the rear of your vehicle sag while the front end rises. In these cases, the rear axle is handling not only the weight of the cargo, but also more of the vehicle's weight. Because less weight is on the front axle, the front tires are making less contact with the road. Overall handling - traction, steering, and braking - is negatively affected. But the resistance from Timbren's Suspension Enhancement System works with your factory suspension to keep your vehicle level and improve your driving experience.
The Timbren system comes with custom-fit brackets that are bolted onto each frame rail above the rear axle. Hollow rubber springs are bolted to the bottom of the bracket and hang down to where the bottom of the spring sits, 1" above the axle. The inch of clearance allows the existing factory suspension to operate normally under light loads and standard terrain, ensuring the smooth, comfortable ride that you are used to.
Timbren Suspension Enhancement Systems are designed to work progressively. When the hollow rubber springs are compressed, the convoluted design causes them to quickly collapse along the folds. Once the folds are compacted, the stacked barrel shape increases resistance, stiffening the suspension and keeping your vehicle level.
Each hollow rubber spring works independently to support the driver's side or passenger's side of your vehicle. This is helpful when you swerve or make sharp turns. Each spring is activated when it is needed, so body roll is greatly reduced. The independent action also works well when you are hauling off-center loads.
Because the vehicle handles better with the springs, less turbulence will be passed along to the trailer, and this helps to keep the trailer in line. Your driving comfort is further enhanced if the trailer does begin to sway (from a gust of wind or a passing semi), because the movement from the trailer is not transferred to your vehicle. This also works to make the sway subside more quickly.
Another great feature of the rubber construction is that the springs absorb most of the road shock, creating a smoother, more stable ride overall. Wear and tear on the factory suspension is also lessened because the rubber springs work to prevent bottoming out on rough roads.
Timbren's Suspension Enhancement Systems are much easier to install than air springs - there are no air hoses to run, no compressors or gauges to hook up, and no manual adjustments to make. The rubber construction makes Timbren's springs more elastic than similar products constructed of microcellular urethane. And more elasticity allows for a more comfortable ride because the rubber has more travel.

3,500-lb Capacity. These hollow rubber springs sit above the rear axle to help stabilize and level your vehicle. They also provide a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability. My stock suspension bottom out cones self destructed. Turns out Honda doesn't sell them separately, they want you to buy the whole arm assembly. This was the only replacement that I could find.
These bumpers are seriously sturdy. I don't think they will ever wear out. I think they did a really good job of preventing bottom outs on the rear of my Odyssey, but they are rather firm. If you are riding back there, you definitely feel it. However, those seats way in the back aren't that comfortable anyway. My teenagers still ride back there and they've never mentioned it. I'd buy these again if I needed to. I have a feeling they will outlive the car. I wish they had a slightly softer or maybe a hair shorter bumper, or maybe even slightly more progressive. But I'm grateful for these anyway.
We got this for our 2020 Honda Odyssey because the factory bump stops were too small, and our van was riding low in the back. Our mechanic installed them for us, and they did the trick. Now we can go on our long family trips and it doesn't look like our van is going to bottom out on the rear wheels!
Installed these on my 2018 Honda odyssey. They fit well and were a little difficult to install. I tow jet skis behind the van and this helped significantly with the sag and handling. I only got them because they don’t make air bags for the newer gen odyssey. They work well but I think they are extremely OVERPRICED for pieces of rubber.
These things are pricey but worth every Penny! can you imagine a mini-van pulling a 20 foot trail up to Yellowstone through the mountains with 0 issue. These made the ride amazing and would highly recommend!
Fits perfectly on my 2019 Honda Odyssey. As others have mentioned, the rear becomes a little bouncy when car's empty. I notice it when i pay attention to the rebound. Rear still sags but noticeably better in terms of how much the rear end sags when back is loaded. Will update with a picture when i get a chance to load it up with around 200lb weight on hitch.
Easy upgrade!
Most helpful tips - put the Timbrens in the freezer overnight to shrink them for easier install; use a ratchet strap to remove old bumpers; and I was able to use a big C-clamp and lube the Timbrens with simple green to press them in.
I installed these on a 2020 Honda Odyssey. Unloaded the ride was still smooth as factory for small bumps but stiffer for large bumps. Of course minivans always have a varying amount of weight in them.
Then pulling a ~2500 lbs Aliner Expedition with a 220lbs+ tongue weight, the van has plenty of power to pull the camper but there was definitely a lot of sag before installing. Then Timbrens made a big improvement in loaded ride height and quality. Only downside is there is a frequent squeaking noise over bumps but worth it for all the upsides. I do not hear any noises unloaded.
Installed these on a 2019 Honda Odyssey along with new shocks and made a night and day difference. Highly recommended
Easy upgrade with a big improvement. I removed the wheel for better access but it is not necessary. Using a little bit of a spray lubricant along with a large flat head screw driver and a rubber mallet I was able to remove the stock bumb stops. To install the new ones I used soapy water. With a 2x4 and a ratcheting strap I was able to push them in place. Just be patient. Spent maybe 2hrs.
Just now installed, and OK overall. Slight increase in bump response unloaded, but valuable rear suspension support when loaded. Jury is out for effect when towing, as I have not yet done that with the Timbrens installed. Useful if you intend to load up your 2018+ Odyssey.
Mounted these on Honda Odyssey 2020 to firm up ride when loaded and pulling small cargo trailer. No more bouncy bouncy.

Product still works great? No Squat.. No .. No Bouncy.. Better stability when cornering.
Installation was a little tricky, I used a ratchet strap, and carefully wrapped it around the tire, and around the stock jounce stop, tightened it up and they easily popped out. The Timbren's however were a little more stubborn, I lubed them up with soap and water, and as I didn't have a short piece of 2x4 or anything of appropriate strength or size, I simply cut the top off of one of the old jounce stops, and used that as a spacer to stack on top of the Timbren's, it took a few tries to get the angles right, but once lined up (keep in mind that the arm moves up at an angle, not straight up and down) and I dropped the jack, they popped right in! Driving has become greatly improved, the handling feels much sportier, the lack of dragging my receiver or drawbar is an absolute plus as well. The pictures don't do it justice, however the before and after pictures were taken from the same exact height from the ground, so you can compare, it is now nearly stock height with a very heavy load in the rear, at least 1.5" higher than before. Also of note, the stock jounce stops were completely smashed into the frame from the weight, whereas these still have a long distance to compress. I haven't driven the van unloaded, but loaded as it is/was, the rear can be slightly bouncier, but you no longer feel that hard bottoming out. I know they can seem pricey, but they are worth every penny and I am going to yell out to the mountaintops for everyone I know to buy these things, highly recommended!!!
Service is great and product appears to function as advertised. For what it is seems like product is priced a little high. I'd be very surprised if it costs more than $20 to make them.
Worked great on our 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite to the East coast.Fully loaded with 4 people and a car top carrier, the Timbrens kept the van stable and level.
Sold the 2019 but took the Timbren system out and put them in our new 2022 Elite. Very easy to install, highly recommend.
Installed them on a 2018 Honda Odyssey, was very simple to install, removed the rear tire and old bump stop, used a bottle jack to put the new ones in place, installed 22” rims on the van and no rubbing at all so far
There is not much to it, it’s just a rubber bump stops. They do keep my 2018 Odyssey more leveled under load and make ride stiffer a little and a bit wobbly when under load.
They are very overpriced! The fair price range for the its purpose and performance should be $90-100
Works great on my Honda odessey !! Great customer service as always!
Way to expensive for what you get from it. Very hard to install as it is not as rigid as it looks, replaced brakes and shocks and installing this was the hardest part of it all. There is literally nothing else in the market that would replace worn stoppers other than replace the whole control arm which is discontinued, so $XXX for a $XX bushing it is...
Works well for what I intended. Which I carry about an exstra 300-400lbs in my van . With this kit it keeps my van from sagging in the rear. It is a little bit more bouncy when empty, but I have weigh in the van most of the time. So it does what I needed.
Installed there is 1" of space between the top of the Timbren and the van frame when empty. It takes just one person in back to lower the frame onto the Timbren. The van rides fine when bottomed out on the stop.
The product installed in about 10 minutes a side. Removing the OEM was simple. Just use one of those cheap Harbor Freight pry bars and twist with it. Spray Armor All as you do it and it'll pop out with a little work. Install was even more simpler. Spray Armor All again on the Timbren and place a 8"+/- long 2x4 above it and lower the jack. I did each side twice even though one side completely seated itself on the first try. I would have preferred air bags as that's what I had on my other minivan but none are designed for a '23 Odyssey.
FYI, etrailer does not ship fast. Not a big deal if you have time but I ordered from our vacation location b/c my headlights were shining to the overpasses on our way there. UPS cheats on the business days shipping count. End result, these Timbrens arrived in FL 3 hrs after we left on our way back home. I had to pay postage to get it back to my house. Nobody would stand behind any of their shipping quote dates because of ridiculas technicalities. Very frustrating.
They are great. They keep the van level and it does not bottom out. Great Product!!!
Shipping was fast and packaged well. This Timbren is a hard rubber that feels very durable that can withstand heavy loads, not unlike the stock. It took me 4 tries with the use of some 2x4s and a spray of WD-40 before the Timbren snugged in place. I haven't tested this yet loading my van at full capacity but it looks like it can handle the task!
I installed these in our 2022 Honda Odyssey prior to a 2 week camping trip. With a medium load the ride in the back was a little rough but when we really loaded the van down the ride was much better. Glad I installed these.
Removing the old bump stops was easy using small ratchet straps around the tire. Installing the timbrens was even easier using a little piece of 2x4 and lowering the jack to seat them.

A year and 2 heavily loaded road trips later these bump stops are doing great!
Very easy to install on a 2023 Honda Odyssey after watching videos online. I used a very large flathead screwdriver to pop the old ones out which required a lot of force. I soaked the new ones in ice water and sprayed with soapy water when installing using a couple pieces of scrap wood and a jack. The whole process took about 20 minutes with most of the effort getting the oem ones out. So far the ride unloaded is unaffected and the extra support is nice when the back is weighted down.
I'm grateful for these Suspension Enhancements, it really helps because I have a electric chair lift on the back of my mini van. Thank you so much!!
Definitely helps with the squat factor in our Honda Odyssey. Honda advertised 7-8 passenger seating but, once loaded, the van squats badly and is bottomed out. The Timbren spring bump-stops help tremendously.

All the noise and squeaking has gone away. Still pulling the camper with the van with no issues. I get asked all the time about my camper and towing it with the van and the Timbrens are a must!
