There is a rear suspension enhancement fit for your 2018 Honda Odyssey, but the Air Lift part you mentioned is not a fit. Instead, the correct fit for your '18 Odyssey is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # T26FR.
The Timbrens will improve your Honda's handling and performance because they take the brunt of any extra capacity at the rear of the vehicle, cushioning the load and stabilizing your van. They are also extremely easy to install; you essentially only need to tighten the U-bolts on the brackets and that's it!
